1.Redaksiyaya təqdim olunan bütün məqalələr antiplagiat proqramından keçirilir.

2. Daha sonra məqalələr elmi qiymətləndirilməsi üçün elmi dərəcəyə və elmi ada malik olan iki rəyçiyə (resenzentə) baxılmaq üçün göndərilir. Resenziya "iki tərəfli "anonim" rəyçilik" prinsipi əsasında aparılır, bu zaman nə müəllif/ müəlliflər rəyçilərin kim olduğunu, nə də rəyçilər müəllifin/ müəlliflərin kim olduğunu bilmirlər. Resenzentlər qismində elmi dərəcəsi (elmi adı) olan şəxslər (redaksiya heyətinin üzvləri və ya xarici rəyçilər) və ya təqdim olunan materialın mövzusuna və məzmununa uyğun bir sahədə aparıcı mütəxəssislər cəlb edilir.

3.Məqaləyə verilən rəy 7 iş günü ərzində müəllifə təqdim olunur.

4.Hər bir materiala dair resenziya redaksiya tərəfindən müəyyən edilmiş məyarlar üzrə həyata keçirilir. Resenziya materialın resenzent tərəfindən açıq qiymətləndirilməsini və müəllif/müəlliflər üçün tövsiyələri özündə əks etdirir.

5.Resenziyada aşağıdakı məsələlər öz əksini tapır:

A) məzmunun məqalə adına uyğunluğu;

B) məqalənin nəzəri və əməli baxımdan müasir sənətşünaslıq elminə uyğunluğu;

C) məqalənin dil və üslub baxımından oxucuya aydın, səlis dildə təqdim edilməsi, əlavə materialın (cədvəl, formula, not nümunələrinin, şəkillərin və s.) əyaniliyi;

D) Düzəlişə ehtiyacı olan irad və təkliflərin müəllifə bildirilməsi.

6. Resenziyanın nəticəsi aşağıdakı qərarlardan biri ola bilər:

1) material təqdim olunmuş versiyada dərc üçün tövsiyə olunur (şərh yoxdur);

2) material resenzentlərin rəy və istəklərini nəzərə alaraq (müəllifin istəyi ilə) dərc üçün tövsiyə olunur;

3) material yalnız resenzentlərin rəylərinin müəllif tərəfindən mütləq nəzərə alınmaqla dərc üçün tövsiyə olunur;

4) material dərc üçün tövsiyə edilmir.

7. Resenziyada düzəlişə ehtiyac olduğu göstərildiyi halda jurnalın məsul şəxsi həmin iradları müəllifə təqdim edir. Müəllif rəydə göstərilən iradlarla razılaşıb onları aradan qaldırır və ya əsaslı arqumentlər göstərərək iradları təkzib edir. Müəllif tərəfindən yenidən işlənilən məqalə təkrar resenzentə təqdim olunur.

8. Resenzent tərəfindən çapa tövsiyə edilməyən məqalə təkrar baxılmaq üçün qəbul edilmir. Mənfi rəy müəllifin email ünvanına göndərilir.

9.Müəllifin rəsenzentlərin rəyi ilə əsaslandırılmış razılaşmaması halında, redaksiya heyətinin bütün üzvlərinin fikirlərini nəzərə almaqla əlavə bir rəy təyin olunur.

10. Redaksiya həyəti məqalənin dərc olunmasını təsdiq etdikdən sonra müəllif çap xidmətlərinə görə ödəniş edir. Müəllifin emailinə ödənişin daxil olması, habelə jurnal nömrəsinin dərc olunma müddəti barədə bildiriş göndərilir.

11. Resenziyalar 5 il müddətində jurnalın redaksiyasında qorunub-saxlanılır.

1.All articles submitted for consideration for publication are checked for plagiarism.

2.After the articles sent for peer-review to two reviewers (reviewers) with a scientific degree and a scientific title. Reviewing is carried out on the principle of "double" blind " reviewing", when neither the author / authors are given the names of reviewers, nor reviewers know the name of the author / authors. As reviewers, individuals (members of the editorial staff or external reviewers) with a scientific degree (scientific name) or leading specialists in an area close to the topic of the presented material are involved.

3.Peer-review is carried out within 7 days from the date of submission of the material for publication.

4. A review of each material is reviewed according to criteria set by the editorial board. The review reflects the reviewer's open assessment of the material and recommendations for the author(s). 5.The following questions are reflected in the review by a member of the editorial board or an external reviewer:

a) compliance of the content of the article with the topic stated in the title;

b) to what extent the article corresponds to modern achievements in the field of theory and practice of art criticism;

c) accessibility of the article’s material to readers, in terms of language, style, location of the material, clarity of tables, diagrams, drawings and formulas;

d) is it advisable to publish the article taking into account the novelty of the article materials;

e) what shortcomings, corrections and additions should be made by the author of the article;

6. The result of a peer-review should consist of the following solutions:

1) the material is recommended for publication in the introduced form (without comments);

2) the material is recommended for publication with a possible (at the discretion of the author) consideration of feedback of peer reviewers;

3) material is recommended for publication only on condition that the author must take into account the comments of reviewers;

4)the material is not recommended for publication.

7.If the review contains recommendations for correcting and finalizing the article, the secretary of the editorial board of the «World of Music» journal sends the reviewer’s comments to the author with a proposal to take them into account when preparing a new version of the article or to refute them with reason (partially or completely). The article modified (revised) by the author is sent for re-review.

8. An article not recommended for publication by the reviewer will not be accepted for reconsideration. The text of the negative conclusion is sent to the author by e-mail.

9. In the event of a reasoned disagreement of the author with the reviewers' opinion, an additional opinion is assigned, taking into account the opinions of all members of the editorial board.

10. After the editorial board of the journal makes a decision to accept the article for publication, the author is issued an invoice for the publication fee, which covers publishing costs. The author is informed by e-mail about receipt of payment, as well as about the timing of publication.

11. Reviews for each material are stored in the editorial office for 5 years.
