Amrakhova Anna is D.A. Graduated from the Uzeyir Hajibeyov State Conservatory of Azerbaijan. Chief Editor of the Music Theory Society's Magazine. Member of Russia's Union of Composers. Author of two published monographs (2004 & 2009), as well as of several dozens of articles and interviews with some leading composers and musicologists.

Askerov Amil Akbar oghlu is the Deputy Dean of the Nakhchivan State University, faculty "Musical performance". In 2008 he defended the dissertation on competition of a scientific degree PhD by the topic "The opportunities and development of cultural environment of pupils of educational schools". Author of over 20 scientific articles, 1 monograph. Currently he is a doctoral student of the Nakhchivan State University.

Bayramova Alla is director of The State Museum of Musical Culture of Azerbaijan since 1988. Graduated from Azerbaijan State Conservatoire, Musicology Faculty, got her Ph.D. in musicology. Honoured Culture Worker of Azerbaijan, Assoc. Prof of Western University. Contributed to the development of the Museum supervised by her with the opening of its three brunches, being the author, editor and initiator of numerous exhibitions and publications on Azerbaijani music (articles, books, scores, and CDs), cultural studies and philology.

Budanov Anatoly V. is Candidate of Arts, assistant professor of Maimonid State Cultural Academy, Moscow

From 1995 top resent, worked as a dancer and dance instructor for Ekin Dance Ensemble (which is the dance ensemble of Turkish Folk Dance Department) in international and domestic performances. From 1995 topresent, sheprovides; Turkish Folk Dance Practise, dance movement notation, staging and production, acting for dancers and body language lessons. Worked as choreograp her for the Izmir State Theatre, several private theaters, and Koy-u Kırmızı and Kampanalar Çalıyor (dance theatres)

Pazicheva Inna Valeryevna is PhD (2000), Assistant Professor (2004). Since 1994 he has taught music history at the department of Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibeyli. He has published over 60 articles, teaching materials, training programs, and member of national and international conferences. Defended her thesis on the issue of Russian musical Orientals XIX century. Currently engaged in research into variations in the Azerbaijani music.
